Pure water window cleaning for homes and businesses. Frames and sills included, a reminder text the night before, and the same friendly faces every time.
A proper window clean is more than wiping the glass. Every visit covers the whole window, so it stays cleaner for longer.
How we clean
Tap water is run through our van-mounted filtration systems until every mineral is stripped out. Water that pure has nothing in it to leave a mark when it dries.
Soft brushes on water-fed poles agitate the dirt off the glass, frames and sills, then a pure water rinse carries it all away. No detergent, so no sticky residue.
The poles reach upper floors from the ground. No ladders leaning on your frames, no footprints in your borders, and safer for everyone.
Every clean covers the frames and sills as well as the glass. It is the difference people notice when they come home.
Houses, bungalows, flats and conservatories across south Manchester. Choose a regular round or a one-off clean before an event, a sale or a move.
Shopfronts, offices, schools, care homes and communal windows on a schedule that suits you, including early starts before you open.
There is no single right answer. It depends on where you live and how much you notice the dirt. Here is how most of our customers choose.
Best for homes on busy roads like Wilmslow Road, Kingsway or the A6, near the airport, or anyone who simply likes sparkling glass all year.
The most popular choice for quieter residential streets. Windows stay looking good without a visit every month.
Ideal before a party, a house sale, a new tenancy or after building work. No contract needed.
Our vans head out every morning from Woodham Road in Wythenshawe, just across the Mersey from Didsbury. We clean homes and businesses across M20, M21, M22, M23, M19, M14, M33 and the Stockport side of the river.

Rarely. Our water-fed poles reach upper floors from the ground, which is safer and means nothing leans on your frames.
Light rain is not a problem for pure water cleaning, because rainwater does not leave the same marks on freshly cleaned glass. In heavy rain or high wind we will rearrange.
Our service is exterior cleaning. If you need inside windows doing, mention it when you get in touch.
We send a reminder text the night before every visit.
