This policy explains how Omni Clean Ltd (“we”, “us”) uses personal information collected through this website.
When you request a quote we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, postcode, email address if given, the service you are interested in and any message. If you call, email or message us on WhatsApp we receive the details you share.
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out work, send appointment reminder texts and keep records for accounting. We do not sell your data or use it for third party marketing.
We process your information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform our contract with you, and to meet our legal obligations.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept for as long as you are a customer and then for up to six years for tax and accounting purposes.
This site uses only the cookies needed for it to work and for basic security. If we add analytics in future we will update this page.
